The Myrtle Williams House of Prayer
has been a beacon of encouragement and spiritual strength since its inception. This sacred space is dedicated to Evangelist Myrtle Williams, whose exemplary life—rooted in the Word, love, and prayer—continues to inspire all who encounter her legacy.
Affectionately known as Myrtle’s House of Prayer, this ministry exists to seek, receive, and pray the will of God into the earth. Myrtle has long carried a deep passion for intercession. For over 50 years, she faithfully led the Prayer Band, the intercessory group at the Church of God of Prophecy in Frazer, St. Ann, Jamaica, serving alongside her late husband, Bishop Rennie Lyn Williams.
The Myrtle Williams House of Prayer was officially launched in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. It played a pivotal role in the birth of the Eternal Church of Jesus Christ – The Record, founded by her daughter and son-in-law, Donnette and Andrew Norman. The ministry continues to be lovingly supported by her children.
Now more than ever, this house of prayer stands as a testimony that prayers offered from pure hearts prevail and bring forth the purposes of God.

House of Prayer
is a House of Prayer for All Nations. As a House of prayer, we believe that prayer is one of the most important spiritual disciplines for all believers and that God responds to those who pray or call out to Him from a broken and contrite heart (Psalm 51:17) . Our daily prayer focus has proven to us that God answers prayers and that fervent and effectual intercession is a part of our worship to God; as we colabour with Him in His eternal plans.
We believe that prayer from pure hearts prevails, as it promotes the will of God.
"Prayer is The Work!" Oswald Chambers.
And this is the record, God has given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life: and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life
1 John 5: 11-12
